When and where? At Tillamook County Fairgrounds on Friday, June 12, 2026, the ceremony starts at 5:30 PM | 4603 Third St., Tillamook, OR – No tickets required 

Have questions about the ceremony or need accommodations? 

  • There will be audio devices for Spanish language guests and participants. 

STUDENTS! Are you ready for graduation? Follow these steps: 

  1. Apply for graduation. If you haven’t applied for graduation yet, you can do so HERE (Log in to MyTBCC to access the form). For assistance with the application, please contact TBCC Registrar, Ron Neu, ronaldneu@tillamookbaycc.edu 503-842-8222. 
  2. RSVP to the graduation ceremony. Submit this form to let us know that you’re participating in graduation. Caps and gowns will be provided by TBCC.  
  3. Submit your ceremony statement HERE. This is what will be read as you cross the stage and receive your diploma. 
  4. Try on your gown and pick up your cap. Watch your email for more information on this. 
  5. Attend the End-of-Year Celebration. An invite to the party will be emailed to you! It’ll be on June 3 from 5:30 PM – 7 PM. 
  6. Decorate your cap! Drop in to our Grad Cap Decoration Party on Friday, June 5, from 3 PM – 6 PM. 
  7. Attend rehearsal. Rehearsal for students starts at 12:00 PM on June 12, 2026. All participating students must attend.
  8. Attend the ceremony! Arrive at 4:00 to check in. A professional photographer will be on-site if you want to have photos taken before the ceremony. All photos will be posted on Facebook once edited. Please leave any valuables in your locked cars. There is no on-site storage available
